Who We Are Looking For:
Oregon Food Bank is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Network Compliance Coordinator (NCC) to conduct on-site assessments of Oregon Food Bank’s network of food assistance partners throughout the state, and provides training and technical assistance to ensure that innovative services include consideration and mitigation for risk and liability factors, such as food safety and civil rights. The NCC works proactively to ensure that community partners meet high standards for operating processes and facilities as defined in federal, state, Feeding America and Oregon Food Bank agreements. And the NCC collaborates with Statewide and Branches Capacity teams to promote equity and offer innovative programing in underserved communities. This position reports to the Network Compliance Manager and works on our Partnerships and Programs team in Portland, Oregon with frequent travel for site visits.

Skills and Experience of the Ideal Candidate:
The Fine Print: Work is performed in a variety of office environments and other locations inside and outside of Oregon Food Bank while using a telephone and sitting at a computer screen for extended periods. May lift, move, and carry objects of about 20 pounds, such as boxes, materials, and other supplies. Must have a safe driving record, valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and the willingness to use a personal vehicle for OFB business (mileage reimbursement provided). Frequent travel by car to points outside the greater Portland metro area, with overnight travel 6-8 times per year; as well as work outside normal working hours, such as evenings and weekends.
