Who We Are Looking For:
Oregon Food Bank is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Corporate & Community Relations Manager (CCRM) to raise philanthropic contributions while leading a team of mission driven fundraisers. The CCRM will create and lead a development strategy for all revenue streams (company, organization, and association), incorporates new donors into fundraising activities, and moves existing donors to higher levels of giving and engagement. This role will have an individual fundraising goal, in addition to leading a team of fundraisers responsible for driving revenue streams, expanding donor programs and engagement opportunities, managing donor recognition, donor stewardship and providing excellent customer service for all constituents.
As a member of the Development leadership team, the CCRM position reports to the Associate Director of Development and supervises a team of three to four fundraisers. The CCRM will plan and assign work, organize and motivate the team to meet goals, and is responsible for staff development. This role also maintains an individual portfolio of high-level accounts with a focus on revenue growth and is responsible for all aspects of account management, including: planning, executing, and assessing fundraising activities and exploring creative high-revenue and high-visibility partnerships.
Skills and Experiences of the Ideal Candidate:
Work is performed typically in an office environment, works with a computer for extended periods and with frequent phone use. Periodically walks throughout facility (warehouse and office) to communicate with staff and check on the status of projects. May lift, move and carry objects 20 to 40 pounds, such as boxes containing office supplies and other materials. Requires crouching, bending, kneeling and reaching while performing tasks.
Must have a safe driving record, valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and the willingness to use a personal vehicle for OFB business (mileage reimbursement provided). May work outside normal working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Seldom out of town travel. The primary work location will be at our Portland location with frequent travel throughout the Portland metro area.
