The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of human resources functions within the agency. As a member of the agency’s senior leadership team, the Director of Human Resources provides leadership, ensures accountability, advances equity, and promotes constant improvement in the way that we attract, support, develop, and retain our agency’s employees.
