Ecotrust seeks a strategic, collaborative leader to join our Leadership Team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reporting to the Executive Director, the CFO provides financial oversight of a hybrid organization of over 60 staff including for-profit and not-for-profit entities, real estate, and a New Markets Tax Credit program. The CFO oversees an annual organizational budget of $14.4M and a $200M balance sheet. Specific responsibilities of the CFO include: contributing at the highest level to the strategic direction of the organization; timely, accurate operation of Ecotrust’s accounting and financial reporting; leadership of our annual budget process; oversight of the annual consolidated audit, which includes multiple related legal entities; and maintenance of the property and liability insurance coverage for assets and operations. Directly supervising two staff and managing a team of five, the CFO is responsible for setting the tone for team culture, management, and professional development. The CFO also provides critical leadership and vision to center racial equity and social justice in Ecotrust’s financial decision-making.
This is a full-time position based in Portland, Oregon, and requires occasional regional travel.

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 DOE
This is a full-time position at Ecotrust, based in Portland, Oregon.
