This position functions under general supervision and establishes/maintains positive and effective working relationships within the Bureau staff, the City staff, Public Safety partners and financial staff, State of Oregon 9-1-1 program staff and any other contacts as needed. It provides technical assistance to Business Operations Manager ensuring utmost confidentiality.
This position will be cross trained in different business operational processes and will serve as a backup when needed and will perform additional duties as assigned. This position will also work on special case by case projects as assigned.
